I have the honor to lay before you,
for the information of His Excellency the Governor, the following report of the present state
of the roads, and buildings
in this Colony, with some remarks upon the plans I would propose, to be adopted in future. It is now not
probable, that the Survey of the
Northern part of the Island, at present in progress, will be completed in time
